‘Atammaya’ is the name of a series of Dharma activities in the German language.
The term is from the Pali language and is a visionary concept of spiritual freedom. (More on its meaning).
Originally the name of a physical meditation space behind Cologne’s Botanical Garden, Atammaya morphed into being an umbrella term for all my local activities in different venues. In the meantime, more teachers have joined Atammaya Köln, an independent study group has grown up and hybrid and online activities are taking place under this name.
